Do you have a shuttle service to and from the Armstrong International Airport?
While the Hotel does not offer airport shuttle service, guests may arrange airport transportation through MyAirportTrip.com. Learn more here.
Do you have a garage where I can park my car?
Valet parking service is available for our guests, we do not offer self-parking. Vehicles are secured in a covered garage adjacent to the hotel. Due to limited space and height restrictions parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis and we cannot accommodate oversized vehicles.

Do you have a rental car desk at the Hotel?
The Hotel does not have a rental car desk. Our concierge can assist guests with rental car arrangements.

Are pets allowed in the Hotel?
The hotel is dog friendly up to 40 lbs. and provides Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience Dog Bed ® to our canine guests. There is no fee required.
Is smoking allowed in the Hotel?
We are a smoke-free hotel. Guests may smoke in designated smoking areas.
Is there free internet access at the Hotel?
Internet access is complimentary in the lobby. Guestroom standard internet is $12.95 per 24 hours, high speed internet is $14.95 per 24 hours. Internet is complimentary for SPG members who book via SPG.com, sheratonneworleans.com, sheraton.com, or SPG Apps.
Can I ship a package to the Hotel and pick it up when I get there?
FedEx Business Center, located in the hotel lobby, handles hotel guest shipping and receiving. Review shipping instructions here.
Do you have refrigerators in the guest rooms?
The Hotel does not have refrigerators in guestrooms. Refrigerators are available upon request and based on availability. The fee is $10 per stay.
Can I add a rollaway bed to my room?
Rollaway beds are available upon request and based on availability. The fee is $25 per stay.
Do you have a pool at the Hotel?
Yes. The Hotel features a rooftop pool and sun deck.
