If I booked through a travel website, can I change my room type?
Reservations made through 3rd party vendors cannot be modified by the hotel. These vendors purchase and manage their own inventory which is why the hotel cannot amend the reservations to include room type requests and date changes. There is a possibility that we may be able to accommodate your request when you arrive, dependent upon availability. Please ask your guest services agent at check-in if your preference is an option at that time. We always encourage our guests to book directly through the Sheraton website, to ensure they have the accommodations of their choice as well as take advantage of our SPG program.
