Vicki Rosenbohm / Director of Sales A native New Orleanian, Vicki attended St. Mary's Dominican High School and received B.S. degree in Marketing from the University of New Orleans in May 1993. She began her career in the hospitality industry over 23 years ago with Marriott International. Vicki began her selling career in 2001 and has sold numerous markets and brands focusing on the large convention customer. Vicki and her husband Troy enjoy spending time with their two daughters attending uniquely New Orleans events like Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest. Charlene Berard / Senior Sales Manager A native New Orleanian, Charlene attended St. Mary's Dominican High School and received B.S. degree in Hotel, Restaurant, & Tourism from the University of New Orleans in May 1988. She began her hotel career as a Front Office/Reservations agent at the Sheraton on the Lake in Metairie, Louisiana and, after three years, transferred to the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in the Sales & Marketing Department in April 1990, as a Small Meetings Manager. Margo Choquette / Senior Sales Manager Originally from Rhode Island, Margo moved to New Orleans to start her career in hotel sales shortly after graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a BS in Hotel Administration. She has worked at several hotels within the New Orleans market, and came to the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in 1998, where she's enjoyed her longest tenure. Ken Newman / Account Director Originally from Detroit, Michigan, Ken attended Michigan State University and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. Immediately after graduation, Hilton Hotels Corporation hired him to be a Management Trainee Professional at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside. After 8 months, Ken was promoted to Convention Sales Manager handling the Midwest Market. After 3 years he decided to take a similar position at the New Orleans Metropolitan Convention & Visitors Bureau also handling the Midwest Market. In 1999, after two years with the CVB, he decided to accept a position of Senior Sales Manager at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel handling the West Coast Market. Leticia Hickman/ Account Director After earning a B.S. in hotel and restaurant management from Kansas State University, she entered the hospitality industry as a Guest Services Manager in 1998. She eventually transitioned over to Sales and worked her way up to Director of Sales and Marketing at the Kansas City Marriott, Country Club Plaza. She comes to the Sheraton New Orleans form the Kansas City Marriott Downtown as a Senior Account Executive where she handled the Association and Government Markets for the East Coast. Jessica Chapman / Mid Market Manager A native of northern Germany, Jessica now considers the South her home. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management and began her hospitality career in 2002 In Guest Services at the 5 star, 5 diamond resort “The Inn at Palmetto Bluff” in Bluffton, SC where she eventually transitioned to Sales, handling smaller catering events and weddings. A move to the Outer Banks of North Carolina had Jessica working weddings and corporate retreats at the Sanderling Resort. She recently moved to New Orleans from Gulf Shores, AL where she worked as a Sales Manager for the Grand Hotel Marriott in Fairhope as well as the Battle House Hotel in downtown Mobile. Zachary Fazzio/ Account Director A Big Easy native, Zachary graduated from the University of New Orleans in 1994 with a BS in Mass Communications. He began his hotel career with the Hilton New Orleans Riverside as a Guest Service Agent where he spent 10 years in a variety of roles including 4 years as a Sales Manager. He comes to the Sheraton New Orleans after 11 years at the Loews New Orleans Hotel as a Sales Manager for the West Coast and Louisiana markets. Jonathan Gibbs / Sales Manager Jonathan began his hospitality career in 2003 with the grand opening of the Renaissance Arts hotel in New Orleans. After a year as restaurant manager of LaCote Brasserie, he came back to the hotel business in 2007 as Event Manager at the Renaissance Pere Marquette Hotel. In 2011 he took the same position at New Orleans Marriott at the Convention Center Hotel and transitioned in 2012 to a position in sales at the Courtyard French Quarter Hotel as part of the hotel’s opening team. Brittany Duhon / Sales Specialist A native of Gulfport, MS, Brittany received a B.A in Journalism and M.A in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Mississippi. After finishing her graduate studies in 2013, she started her career as a Sales Coordinator/Receptionist at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel transitioning after a short time to Social Media Marketing Coordinator, managing the hotel’s online presence and reputation. Lauren Kustwan / Sales Specialist Originally from Springfield, Massachusetts, Lauren received her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management with a focus in Event Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. Immediately after graduation, Lauren accepted a job in Operations at the St. Thomas Ritz-Carlton, and made her way to New Orleans as Operations Supervisor at Iberville Suites of the Ritz-Carlton New Orleans. Heather Braiwick / Complex Sales Manager – Entertainment & Luxury Travel Sales A New Orleans native, Heather danced for the NBA as member of the New York Knicks’ Knicks City Dancers and worked as coach/choreographer for the Washington Wizards. Geralyn Krist, CMP / Account Director A native New Yorker, Geralyn graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Sales & Meeting Management and has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years. She has worked in Providence, Nashville and Dallas, prior to moving to Kansas City in 1998. Her background includes positions with Four Season Hotels, Omni Hotels and Hyatt Hotels. Barb Hildebrandt / Business Development Manager From Cincinnati, Barb graduated from The University of Cincinnati with a degree from the College of Design , Architecture & Art. She began her hotel career with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts holding a number of sales positions throughout numerous Hyatt properties before starting her journey with Starwood as Director of Group Sales for The Westin Grand Cayman & The Westin St. Maarten Dawn Beach Resort & Spa. During Barb’s time with Starwood she has held several different sales roles throughout multiple Starwood properties. Michelle Daigle / Catering Sales Manager Born and raised in the New Orleans area, Michelle graduated with honors from LSU and with a Master’s of Science in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of New Orleans. She began her hospitality career as a Sales and Marketing intern for the Belle of Baton Rouge Casino and comes to the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel after 4 years with the Westin New Orleans Canal Place where she held a catering sales manager position. Michelle is currently studying for her Certified Specialist of Wine accreditation and is very involved in community service, working closely with the Brett Thomas Doussan Foundation, which focuses on mental health awareness. Steve Mondi / Convention Services Manager Originally from Boston, MA, attended the University of Massachusetts and moved to New Orleans in November of 1978. Steve helped open the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in October of 1982, and has been here ever since. Marcela Moresco, CMP/Convention Services Manager A native of Buenos Aires, Argentina, attended the University of Buenos Aires and moved to New Orleans in 1987. Since her arrival into the city Marcela always worked in the hospitality industry. Ten years with Le Meridien New Orleans, four years with the Intercontinental Hotel, four years with the Hilton Riverside. Marcela joined Starwood in October of 2006 as a Convention Services Manager. Timika Spurlock / Convention Services Manager A native of New Orleans, Timika connected with the Sheraton New Orleans in 1994 where, throughout her journey, she has held the positions of Convention Services Assistant, Banquet Coordinator and Executive Conference Center Manager. She began her career as a Convention Services Manager in 2000. In 2005 she obtained her CMP Designation and later that year relocated to Dallas as a result of Hurricane Katrina. During her time in Dallas Timika worked as a Meeting Planner & Conference Manager for the SANS Institute. She returned home to the Sheraton New Orleans as a Convention Services Manager in 2007.
